How do you know when you are living an authentic life?
This is a great question which can be answered in two ways. 1. What you experience when not being authentic and 2. What you experience when you are.
Today, I’ll focus on what you experience when you are not. Here are a list of 10 symptoms you may be experiencing when not living from a place of authenticity.

1. stress
2. overwhelm
3. frustration
4. lack of focus, clarity and direction.
5. lack of energy
6. feeling constricted
7. overly concerned about the opinion of others
8. unable to make decisions
9. lack of joy
10. poor health, fatigue

Interestingly, all of these symptoms can be addressed with a practice of mindfulness and self-discovery. When you experience any of the above, just take a moment and BREATHE.
Notice where you are right NOW. Look around, be still, and realize that at this moment all is well.
